We use this data solely to: (a) verify calendar availability; (b) issue customized cost estimates and booking agreements; (c) coordinate logistics with on-ground event personnel; and (d) maintain financial compliance records.
3. Confidentiality of Talent Data
Private contact information, internal fees, and personal identifying documents of Santa Claus and Production Assistant performers remain strictly confidential within our staff CRM and are never disclosed publicly without authorization.
